What qualifies for a refund?

Only Eveline Test Kits bought directly from our eShop (shop.evelinecare.com) and in the USA are eligible for a return within 30 days of ordering. The Eveline product packaging must still be in its sealed and unopened original condition.

A return label and authorization must be requested from Eveline Customer support within 30 days of the date of order.

Please provide a picture of the unopened packaging as proof (transparent sticker sealing on the side of the Eveline packaging must be visibly intact).

Once your return request is authorized, our Eveline Customer support will provide you with return address information and label.

Please note that the postal fees for returning the product to us need to be covered by the buyer.

Returns that are not authorized by Eveline will not be accepted.

You assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned device while in transit back to Eveline.

Upon receipt of the returned test kit, you will be refunded to your original form of payment. The reimbursement can take up to 10 business days to reach your account.

Material defects

In the case of material defects, you can return the damaged goods and receive a free replacement. Shipping costs will be covered by Eveline. If you believe you received a defective set, please contact Customer Support for assistance within 5 days of delivery.
